Apprentices at Roth Industries receive their trade proficiency certificates

Dautphetal.Five apprentices have successfully completed their training at the Roth Industries Group. At a graduation ceremony, Management member Claus-Hinrich Roth and Head of HR Michael Donges presented trade proficiency certificates and bonuses of €350 in recognition of their achievements. They congratulated the newly qualified specialists on their success.

Facharbeiterbriefe 2020 bei Roth At Roth Composite Machinery in Steffenberg, Nils Klingelhöfer completed his training as industrial mechanic. At Roth Hydraulics in Eckelshausen, Atakan Ergin completed his training as cutting machine operator and Florian Papritz as industrial mechanic. At Roth Plastic Technology in Wolfgruben, Jacqueline Lorke completed her training as process mechanic. At the Roth Werke sites in Buchenau, Simon Jahn completed his training as electronics technician. Most skilled workers received job offers in the Roth family business. The instructors from the Roth companies, works council chairman Ralf Freund joined the congratulations of the management and the human resources manager and acknowledged the achievements. “The completion of training is the basis of a successful career. We’re very proud that we’ve provided so many young people with a platform for solid professional training and a successful career,” explained Head of HR Michael Donges. In addition to their bonuses, each former apprentice received a small gift at the ceremony. Ideal combination of theory and practice The industrial apprentices receive intensive theoretical and practical teaching by dedicated trainers at Roth Industries’ central training workshop. The skills they learn equip them for the challenges of day-to-day working life at an industrial company. The management apprentices follow an in-house training plan in the business management departments, where the emphasis is on practical knowledge. Their training is rounded off by in-house teaching covering the subjects taught at vocational college and preparing them for intermediate and final exams.
